Working Principle:

Under the action of the driving motor, the bounce screen is connected with the support base and the screen plate through the active - passive transmission mechanism composed of the driving shaft, driven shaft, eccentric wheel (or crankshaft gear, chain and other transmission devices) to form a parallel four - bar mechanism, which makes the screen plate produce a reciprocating circular motion similar to bouncing.The materials input from the feed port are scattered during the movement of the screen plate, and separated into 3D materials, 2D materials and undersize materials according to factors such as particle size, rebound effect and weight, which are respectively received by three discharge hoppers.In addition, the angle between the box body and the screen plate can be adjusted through the hydraulic jacking system to change the bounce lifting angle of the sorted materials, so as to adapt to the climbing ability and bounce performance of different materials.

Maintenance:

1. 1.Control the size and weight of the feed material to avoid the entry of excessively large and heavy materials, so as to prevent damage to the screen plate and affect the sorting effect;
2. 2.It cannot be used for the sorting of large - sized brick and stone construction waste and large - sized solid waste, and such materials need to be pre - picked out before sorting;
3. 3.It cannot be used for the sorting of strong acid and strong alkaline materials to avoid corrosion of the equipment;Regularly inspect components such as the eccentric transmission mechanism, screen plate and hydraulic system, and replace them in time if there is wear or damage;
