When the two vibration motors rotate synchronously and in opposite directions, the excitation forces generated by the eccentric blocks of the vibration motors cancel each other out in the direction parallel to the axis of the vibration motors, and overlap into a resultant force in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the vibration motors. Therefore, the running track of the vibrating sieve machine is a straight line.The shafts of the two motors have an inclination angle relative to the sieve surface. Under the combined force of the excitation force and the self-gravity of the materials, the materials are thrown up on the sieve surface and move forward in a straight line in a jumping manner. Through sieve meshes of different layers, various specifications of oversize materials and undersize materials are sieveed, and then discharged from different discharge outlets and flow into the silo or material container, so as to achieve the purpose of sifting materials.
