OVERVIEW

Linear vibrating sieve uses a vibration motor as the vibration source, which makes the materials on the sieve mesh move forward in a straight line while being thrown up. Materials enter the feed inlet of the sifting machine evenly from the feeder, and through multi-layer sieve meshes, several specifications of oversize materials and undersize materials are produced, which are discharged from their respective outlets respectively.Linear vibrating sieve is designed for large output, suitable for safe sifting, classification and dust removal of powders and granules. It can be equipped with 1-6 layers and can complete 7 different grades of classification in one operation.Linear vibrating sieve has the characteristics of high output, low energy consumption, simple structure, easy maintenance, fully enclosed structure, no dust emission and automatic discharging, making it more suitable for assembly line operations.

Linear vibrating sieve is suitable for sifting various dry powdery materials with particle size of 0.074-5mm, moisture content less than 70% and no viscosity, and the feed particle size is not more than 10mm.The basic principle of the linear vibrating sieve is that the heavy hammers installed at the upper and lower ends of the motor shaft transmit the rotational motion of the motor to the sieve surface. Through multi-layer sieve meshes, several specifications of oversize materials and undersize materials are produced, which are discharged from their respective discharge outlets respectively.

Working Principle of the Linear Vibrating Sieve:

The linear vibrating sieve uses a vibration motor as the vibration source and is driven by dual vibration motors. When the two vibration motors rotate synchronously and in opposite directions, the excitation forces generated by the eccentric blocks of the vibration motors cancel each other out in the direction parallel to the axis of the vibration motors, and overlap into a resultant force in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the vibration motors. Therefore, the running track of the vibrating sieve machine is a straight line. The shafts of the two motors have an inclination angle relative to the sieve surface. Under the combined force of the excitation force and the self-gravity of the materials, the materials are thrown up on the sieve surface and move forward in a straight line in a jumping manner. Through sieve meshes of different layers, various specifications of oversize materials and undersize materials are sieveed, and then discharged from different discharge outlets and flow into the silo or material container, so as to achieve the purpose of sifting materials.

Structural Composition of the Linear Vibrating Sieve:

The linear vibrating sieve is mainly composed of a sieve box, a sieve frame, a sieve mesh, a vibration motor, a motor base, a vibration-damping spring, a bracket, etc. The description of each component is as follows:

  • sieve Box: Welded from several types of steel plates with different thicknesses, it has a certain strength and rigidity and is the main component of the sieve machine.
  • sieve Frame: Made of pine wood or wood with small deformation, it is mainly used to keep the sieve mesh flat for normal sifting.
  • sieve Mesh: There are several types of sieve meshes such as low-carbon steel, brass, bronze and stainless steel wire.
  • Vibration Motor: For the use and maintenance methods, please refer to the vibration motor instruction manual for details.
  • Motor Base: It is used to install the vibration motor. The connecting screws must be tightened before use, especially for the new sieve machine, which must be tightened repeatedly within the first three days of trial use to avoid accidents caused by loosening.
  • Vibration-Damping Spring: It prevents vibration from being transmitted to the ground and supports the entire weight of the sieve box at the same time. During installation, the spring must be perpendicular to the ground.
  • Bracket: Composed of four pillars and two channel steels, it supports the sieve box. During installation, the pillars must be perpendicular to the ground, and the channel steels under the two pillars should be parallel to each other.

Application Scope of the Linear Vibrating Screen:

It is widely used for sifting dry powdery or granular materials in industries such as chemical industry, food industry, plastic industry, pharmaceutical industry, metallurgical industry, glass industry, building materials industry, grain industry, chemical fertilizer industry, abrasive industry and ceramic industry.

Applicable Materials: sifting of dry powdery materials such as frozen dumplings, sand and gravel, silicon carbide, rapeseed, peanut shells, almonds, limestone, etc.

Advantages of the Linear Vibrating sieve:

  • Good sealing performance, with minimal dust emission.
  • Low energy consumption, low noise and long service life of the sieve mesh.
  • High sifting accuracy, large processing capacity and simple structure.
  • Fully enclosed structure and automatic discharging, more suitable for assembly line operations.
  • All parts of the sieve body are welded with rolled steel plates and profiles (some assemblies are connected by bolts), which has good overall rigidity, firmness and reliability.

Maintenance of the Linear Vibrating Screen:

  • The machine should be equipped with electrical protection devices.
  • In the initial stage of machine operation, check the anchor bolts at least once a day to prevent loosening.
  • When the rotation direction of the motor is incorrect, adjust the power supply sequence.
  • The motor should be well lubricated. Add lithium-based grease (ZL-3) to the lithium-based grease once. When refueling, add an appropriate amount of lithium-based grease to the oil cup. Sealed bearings are used, and the motor is not equipped with an oil cup.
  • After the linear vibrating sieve machine has been in operation for a total of 1500 hours, check the bearings. If they are seriously damaged, they should be replaced immediately.
  • When the linear vibrating sieve machine is used again after a long period of shutdown, the insulation resistance of the 500-volt megohmmeter should be measured, and it should be greater than 0.5 megohms.
  • Before Startup: (1) Check whether the coarse mesh and fine mesh are damaged; (2) Check the removal of transportation supports.
  • During Startup: (1) Pay attention to abnormal noise; (2) Check whether the current is stable; (3) Check whether the vibration is abnormal.
  • After Use: Clean the machine after each use.
