Overview
The SRL-Z Series High-Speed Mixing Unit is an efficient mixing equipment specially designed for the plastic, rubber, daily chemical and other industries. It integrates hot mixing and cold mixing processes, realizing the full-process automation of materials from heating and mixing to cooling treatment, and is widely used in the resin, engineering plastic, daily chemical and other industries.Through optimized structural design and intelligent control technology, the equipment meets the process requirements of mixing, stirring, coloring, drying, devolatilization for various resins, engineering plastics and polymer materials, and is an ideal choice for improving production efficiency and material quality.
The main body of the SRL-Z Series High-Speed Mixing Unit is composed of the SHR Series High-Speed Mixer and the SHL Series Cooling Mixer.This unit is suitable for the batching, mixing, coloring, drying of various resins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyoxyethylene, as well as the drying and devolatilization processes of engineering plastics like ABS and polycarbonate before molding and processing. It can also be used for the mixing of phenolic resin.The high-speed mixing unit combines hot mixing and cold mixing processes. After hot mixing, the materials automatically enter the cold mixing process to be cooled, residual gas is removed, and caking can be prevented.The equipment has high automation degree and good mixing effect. The hot mixing function adopts self-friction, electric heating and steam heating. It is an ideal equipment for producing PVC products such as plates, pipes and profiled materials.
Product Composition:
- This unit is composed of seven parts: frame, transmission, pot body, lifting device, discharge port and electric control box. The whole machine adopts a closed structure, which is reasonable and beautiful.
- Transmission parts: The stirring paddle is made of stainless steel, processed by special mechanical processing, with wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Main shaft: It undergoes precision turning, precision grinding and quenching and tempering treatment, with fine workmanship. Three seals are adopted to prevent powder leakage.
- Hot Mixing System:It is composed of a stainless steel pot body, an aluminum alloy pot cover, transmission parts, a heating jacket and a discharging device. The inner wall of the pot body is smooth and wear-resistant, equipped with electric heating or self-friction heating method to ensure uniform heating of materials; the pot cover is equipped with double seals and a safety interlock device to ensure operation safety.The stirring paddle is made of integral stainless steel casting, refined by dynamic balance. When running at high speed, it generates frictional heat of materials, accelerating temperature rise and mixing.
- Cold Mixing System:It includes a stainless steel cooling pot body, a low-speed transmission mechanism and a water-cooled jacket. The pot body supports rapid cooling of materials, prevents caking and removes residual gas; the discharging method supports automatic temperature control and manual operation, which can flexibly adapt to the production rhythm.
- Control System:Equipped with a PLC electrical control system, it can realize automatic operation, support multi-mode switching such as low-speed start and high-speed mixing, and has stable and reliable operation.
Working Principle:
In actual production, according to the mixing process requirements, materials are first added to the SHR high-speed mixer through the feeding equipment for high-speed stirring, mixing and temperature rise treatment.When the materials meet the hot mixing process requirements, the high-speed mixer opens the material cutting device, and the qualified materials are directly put into the barrel of the SHL cooling mixer through the three-way discharging device.The materials are stirred at low speed by the cooling mixer and come into large-area contact with the cooling equipment installed on the mixer, so as to quickly reduce the temperature.After the materials complete the above-mentioned process operations and qualified materials are obtained, the materials can be discharged from the equipment, and then transported to the next production equipment or stored through conveying equipment or manual packaging.

- High Uniformity: The stirring blades have passed dynamic and static balance tests, and combined with the pot body structure without dead corners, they ensure the material mixing accuracy and meet high-demand process standards.

- Good Sealing Performance: A concave-convex double-seal is adopted between the pot cover and the container, and the main shaft is designed with a three-layer oil seal to ensure no leakage.
