Overview
Plastic Film Squeezer: Put the crushed fragments and film bags from the crusher into the plastic film squeezer. Driven by a reducer, the internal screw pushes the materials into the drainage bin. After extrusion, the excess water is discharged through the water release holes.
Soft Plastic Squeezer: Suitable for squeezing and dewatering soft LDPE and PP plastics. The motor drives the reducer, which in turn drives the screw to rotate and squeeze the soft plastics for dewatering.
Automatic PE Film Squeezing and Pelletizing Integrated Machine: Suitable for films and PP woven bags with high sediment content. It integrates multiple processing functions, adopts various technologies to control water content, and can be equipped with a pelletizing system.
Screw Squeezer: Realizes solid-liquid separation and dewatering of materials through the action of the screw, and is widely used in multiple fields.
Working Principle:
Plastic Film Squeezer: Driven by the internal screw (powered by a reducer), the materials enter the drainage bin. The oil cylinder pressed down by the dynamic pressure bin and the conical opening of the fixed pressure bin form a new conical opening to squeeze the materials, and the excess water is discharged.
Soft Plastic Squeezer: The motor drives the reducer, which drives the screw to rotate. The soft plastics are squeezed and dewatered during the pushing process of the screw blades.
Automatic PE Film Squeezing and Pelletizing Integrated Machine: Comprehensively uses technologies such as circulating water system, pretreatment, fine crushing, cleaning, dewatering and drying to process films.
Screw Squeezer: Materials are fed from the feed inlet and pushed to the outlet under the action of the screw. The filter screen separates the liquid. The solid is pressed and dewatered, then discharged from the outlet, while the liquid is discharged from the liquid outlet.

Screw Squeezer: Applied in agriculture (dewatering farm animal manure to make fertilizer), food processing (treating fruit and vegetable residues, food waste), sewage treatment (sludge dewatering), biomass energy (solid-liquid separation to extract energy), mining and chemical industry (treating waste water and waste residue), etc.
Maintenance:
