Working Principle of Rotary Vibrating sifter:
The rotary vibrating sifter uses a vertical vibration motor as the vibration source. Through the eccentric weights at the upper and lower ends of the vibration motor, the rotational motion is converted into three-dimensional motions (horizontal, vertical and inclined) and transmitted to the sifter surface of the rotary vibrating sifter. Materials enter the equipment through the feed inlet. According to the sifter requirements of different materials, the materials pass through the sifter layer of the sifter mesh. In this process, the sifter cleaning device (bouncing ball) under the sifter mesh continuously hits the sifter mesh, allowing the materials on the upper layer of the sifter mesh to pass through the sifter smoothly for sifter, and effectively solving the problem of material blocking the sifter. Maintenance:
- Before starting the rotary vibrating sifter, check whether the coarse sifter and fine sifter are damaged and whether each set of clamping rings is locked.
