Working Principle:
A feeding device, a powder weighing scale and a collecting hopper are installed under the silo to complete the material conveying and metering work. In the automatic batching system, materials fall from the silo to the screw feeding device. When running on the feeding device, their weight signals and speed signals are sent to the weighing instrument.The weighing instrument calculates and processes the load weight electrical signal and speed signal to obtain the instantaneous flow and cumulative material transportation volume of the electronic scale, which are respectively displayed on the weighing display.
