The required formula materials are sequentially added into the weighing hopper at a controllable speed, and finally achieve the goal of precise batching. This process ensures minimal material waste and consistent product quality in industrial production.

Working Principle of Powder Metering Scale:

The weighing hopper and feeding mechanism are taken as the entire scale body. The instrument or upper computer continuously samples the weight signal of the scale body, calculates the weight change rate per unit time as the instantaneous flow rate, and then processes it through various hardware and software filtering technologies to obtain the "actual flow rate" that can be used as the control target. This closed-loop control ensures real-time adjustment for stable feeding.Then the FC (Flow Controller) performs control calculations to approach the target flow rate through the PID feedback algorithm, and outputs adjustment signals to control the feeder controller such as the frequency converter, realizing precise and stable quantitative feeding for industrial production.
