Working Principle:
This spring feeder adopts the screw conveying principle. It uses a steel wire spring to rotate and convey plastic powder from the storage box to the hopper of the plastic molding machine. When the hopper is full, the level sensor sends a full material signal to stop feeding. When the material level drops to a certain position, the level sensor sends a signal to resume feeding.
