Working Principle:

  • It is necessary to ensure that the conveyed materials do not contain hard large pieces. Because large pieces of materials will cause the screw to jam and then damage the motor, increasing the maintenance cost of the spring feeder for enterprises.
  • During the production and use process, it is necessary to frequently inspect all parts of the spring feeder to check whether the fastening parts of the equipment are loose. If any looseness is found, it should be tightened in a timely manner to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
  • Before starting the spring feeder each time, first check the screws between the spiral pipe and the connecting shaft to see if they are loose. If looseness is found, correct it immediately to prevent equipment failure during operation.
