Overview

Bin bottom vibratory discharger, also known as activated hopper, takes vibration motor as power source and vibration exciter. It is a kind of vibratory feeding equipment, installed at the lower part of various bins. By using high-frequency vibration, it breaks the material arching phenomenon, makes materials discharge evenly from the outlet, effectively eliminates material arching, blocking and sticking to the bin, and solves the problem of difficult bin discharging.This vibratory discharger is widely used for silo discharging in flour blending, feed, cement, pharmaceutical and other industries.This vibratory discharger product has simple structure, reliable performance, strong arch-breaking ability, no core-pulling, stable operation. It can realize uniform, stable, continuous and accurate discharging of various granular and powdery materials.

Vibratory discharger is suitable for bin bottom discharging of flour-like powdery materials such as flour, feed, chemical and pharmaceutical materials.It takes vibration motor as vibration source to drive the discharge hopper to vibrate at high frequency. A conical discharge plate is set at the center of the discharge hopper, which promotes the slow and uniform flow of materials in the bin from the outlet and prevents material arching in the bin.
