Working Principle:
Materials enter the hopper from the feeding port, are lifted to the top along with the conveying chain, turn downward after bypassing the top wheel, and the Z-type rotary bucket elevator dumps the materials into the receiving trough.The transmission belt of the belt-driven bucket elevator generally uses a rubber belt, which is installed on the lower or upper drive roller and the upper and lower direction-changing rollers.The chain-driven Z-type rotary bucket elevator is generally equipped with two parallel transmission chains, with a pair of drive sprockets on the upper or lower part and a pair of direction-changing sprockets on the lower or upper part.Bucket elevators are generally equipped with a machine shell to prevent dust emission from the bucket elevator.The Z-Type Bucket Elevator is standard equipped with a torque protector. When a metal hopper is used, the machine will stop running if the hopper is stuck due to a fault, and the alarm light will turn on at the same time, avoiding accidents and ensuring safety and reliability.The rotary bucket lifting conveys materials through hoppers suspended on chains in a closed shell, and can realize horizontal-vertical-horizontal combined conveying. It can perform single-point or multi-point feeding, and complete single-point or multi-point discharging through a specially designed discharging device.
