Working Principle of Pneumatic Knocker:
When no compressed air (above 3Kg/cm) is supplied to the Pneumatic Knocker, the magnetic piston is tightly attached to the fixed base plate by strong magnetic force.When the three-way solenoid valve is energized, compressed air flows into the main body of the Pneumatic Knocker, and the pressure inside the main body increases. When the pressure exceeds the magnetic force, the magnetic piston detaches from the base plate at high speed, and a strong counterforce is generated due to the reaction force of the strong magnetic force.The magnetic piston falling at high speed hits the base plate, and its impact force is transmitted to the silo, knocking off the attached powder with strong impact force.When the three-way solenoid valve is de-energized, the compressed air inside the Pneumatic Knocker main body is discharged through the three-way solenoid valve. Then, the magnetic piston is slowly lifted up by the return spring to approach the base plate again, and is tightly connected to the base plate by magnetic force to return to the initial state.There is a strong magnetic magnet inside the hammer head. Before operation, the magnetic hammer head is tightly attached to the magnetic base plate. When the three-way solenoid valve is energized and the inlet pressure exceeds the attaching magnetic force, the magnetic hammer head detaches from the base plate at high speed and impacts the bottom. After the impact, the three-way solenoid valve is de-energized, the gas inside the product is discharged, and the hammer head resets.The impact force of the Air Knocker is transmitted to the pipeline or silo wall, ensuring the smooth flow of materials.It is widely used in chemical, fertilizer, pesticide, cement, fuel and other powder processing industries.
Precautions for Pneumatic Knocker:
- The air source must be clean, because contaminated air will accelerate the wear of the piston seal, cause seal failure, and also have a great impact on the service life of the two-position three-way solenoid directional valve.
- The bottom of the Air Knocker must be firmly welded to the silo wall, and the connection between the Air Knocker and the Air Knocker base must be tight. Otherwise, it will loosen or even fall off after a period of knocking, so it is necessary to regularly check whether the Air Knocker is firmly installed.
- The adjustment of the Air Knocker controller varies depending on the model and installation conditions of the Air Knocker. For unclear issues, please consult our company.
- When welding the Air Knocker base, if the silo wall is too thin, please consider adding a reinforcing plate between the Air Knocker base and the silo wall.
- After safely using the product for two months, it is recommended to disassemble it and add grease to extend its service life.

KCB Series Gear Pump
- KCB Series Gear Pump is mainly composed of gears, shafts, pump body, relief valve and shaft end seal. The gears undergo heat treatment to achieve high hardness and strength, and are installed in replaceable shaft sleeves together with the shafts for operation. The lubrication of all parts in the KCB Series Gear Pump is automatically achieved by using the output medium when the pump is working.
- The pump is designed with reasonable oil discharge and oil return grooves, which reduce the torque force borne by the gears during operation. As a result, the bearing load is small, wear is minimal, and the KCB gear oil pump has high efficiency.
- KCB Gear Pump is equipped with a relief valve for overload protection. The full return pressure of the relief valve is 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure of the pump. The KCB gear oil pump can also be adjusted separately according to actual needs within the allowable discharge pressure range. However, it should be noted that this relief valve cannot work as a pressure reducing valve for a long time; if necessary, a separate pressure reducing valve can be installed on the pipeline. When viewing the pump from the extended end of the main shaft, the rotation direction is clockwise.

- It has the characteristic of forced transportation. Under the condition of a certain rotating speed, the flow rate is basically unchanged. Even in the small flow rate area, surge will not occur, and it has stable working characteristics.
- As a rotary machine, it has no reciprocating mechanism, no air valve, few wearing parts and a long service life.
- It inhales and exhausts air many times in one operation cycle. Compared with the piston compressor, the air flow speed is uniform and there is no air storage tank.
