Overview
A weighing module is a weighing component that integrates weighing sensors, load transfer devices, mounting connectors and other parts. It can be easily connected to mechanical devices of various shapes, such as roller conveyors, platforms, vertical tanks, trough tanks, hoppers, etc.It can form various weighing systems and is characterized by high weighing accuracy, good stability and long service life.It is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, machinery, construction and other industries.Automatic weighing systems are suitable for weighing and detection of reaction kettles, tank scale storage tanks, production lines and conveyors. Classification of Weighing Modules:

Application of small-range weighing modules (5kg~500kg): Bellows-type weighing modules of the HSX series are suitable for small-range and high-precision weighing occasions. They are generally installed with lug-type or container trunnion support. The entire weight of the container acts on the weighing sensor. The weight signal generated by strain is transmitted to the junction box through the weighing module. The collected weight signal is then sent to the weighing instrument or weight transmitter (with secondary meter display), and the secondary meter meets various special needs of users, which is suitable for production line engineers to realize precise material control.

Application of medium-range weighing modules (500Kg~30t): Cantilever beam-type weighing modules of the SB series are divided into static load modules and dynamic load modules. This series of modules is suitable for the weighing range of 0.5t to 30t. Three to four sets of SB series modules are installed at the support points at the bottom of the trough tank. The entire weight of the trough tank acts on the weighing sensor. The weight signal generated by strain is transmitted to the junction box through the weighing module. The collected weight signal is sent to the weighing instrument or weight transmitter, which processes the weight signal into corresponding weight data, providing accurate data support for factory production management.

Application of large-range weighing modules (10t~1000t): Column-type weighing modules of the NHS series and ZS series are suitable for large-range, high-impact and complex-structured weighing occasions. More than three sets of weighing modules are fixedly installed at the bottom of the tank. The weight signal of the storage tank is transmitted to the junction box through the weighing module. The collected weight signal is sent to the weighing instrument or weight transmitter (with secondary meter display), and the secondary meter meets various special needs of users, which is widely used in large-scale industrial storage and transportation scenarios.

KCB Series Gear Pump
- KCB Series Gear Pump is mainly composed of gears, shafts, pump body, relief valve and shaft end seal. The gears undergo heat treatment to achieve high hardness and strength, and are installed in replaceable shaft sleeves together with the shafts for operation. The lubrication of all parts in the KCB Series Gear Pump is automatically achieved by using the output medium when the pump is working.
- The pump is designed with reasonable oil discharge and oil return grooves, which reduce the torque force borne by the gears during operation. As a result, the bearing load is small, wear is minimal, and the KCB gear oil pump has high efficiency.
- KCB Gear Pump is equipped with a relief valve for overload protection. The full return pressure of the relief valve is 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure of the pump. The KCB gear oil pump can also be adjusted separately according to actual needs within the allowable discharge pressure range. However, it should be noted that this relief valve cannot work as a pressure reducing valve for a long time; if necessary, a separate pressure reducing valve can be installed on the pipeline. When viewing the pump from the extended end of the main shaft, the rotation direction is clockwise.
Knife Gate Valve

Roots Blower
- It has the characteristic of forced transportation. Under the condition of a certain rotating speed, the flow rate is basically unchanged. Even in the small flow rate area, surge will not occur, and it has stable working characteristics.
- As a rotary machine, it has no reciprocating mechanism, no air valve, few wearing parts and a long service life.
- It inhales and exhausts air many times in one operation cycle. Compared with the piston compressor, the air flow speed is uniform and there is no air storage tank.
- There is a certain gap between the moving parts and the static parts, and no lubricating oil is needed in the chamber, which ensures that the transported gas is oil-free and no oil-gas separation device is required.
- There is no internal compression process, and the mechanical efficiency is high.
