Overview

The DZC Vertical Vibrating Elevator is a new-type vertical vibrating conveying equipment, widely used for lifting block, powder and short-fiber solid materials in industries such as mining, metallurgy, machinery, building materials, chemical engineering, rubber, pharmaceuticals, electric power, grain, food, etc. While lifting materials upwards, it can also complete the drying and cooling of materials.This vertical vibrating elevator can be used for feeding materials to filling machines and other equipment. Compared with other elevator equipment, it is less likely to damage the shape of materials.

The DZC Vertical Vibrating Elevator is divided into two structures: open-slot type and closed type. According to different process requirements, it can be designed as a screening elevator with material particle classification function and an elevator for flammable and explosive materials.

Working Principle of Vertical Vibrating Elevator:

The vibration motor, which is the driving device of the DZC series vertical vibrating conveyor (also known as spiral vertical vibrating elevator), is installed at the lower part of the conveying tower. Two vibration motors are installed symmetrically and crosswise. The conveying tower is composed of a pipe body and spiral conveying grooves welded around the pipe body. The conveying tower is seated on the vibration damping device, which consists of a base and vibration isolation springs.When the vertical conveyor works, according to the self-synchronization principle of dual vibration motors, the vibration motors generate exciting force to force the entire conveying tower body to perform spatial composite vibration of horizontal circular motion and upward vertical motion. The materials in the spiral grooves are affected by the conveying grooves, making uniform-speed throwing circular motion and moving upward along the conveying tower body, thus completing the upward (or downward) conveying operation of materials.
