Overview
Electric vacuum feeders are widely used in equipment such as packaging machines, mixers, tablet presses, vibrating screens, capsule filling machines, and wet granulators. The operation of the vacuum feeder is simple: press the feeding switch, and the feeding pipeline will suck materials. The material suction process is combined with the blowing of a vibration device or a reverse blowing device to prevent filter blockage. These two processes are controlled by a time program setting, so that the feeding vibration or reverse blowing can be carried out circularly.
Electric vacuum feeders are divided into two types: intermittent discharge and continuous discharge. Intermittent discharge is conducive to reducing the investment cost of equipment and facilitating material level control. In most cases, we recommend users to adopt the intermittent discharge type. Continuous discharge is generally used for vacuum conveying of materials in long-distance and high-yield scenarios.The vacuum feeder is composed of a vacuum pump, a vacuum hopper, a filter, a stainless steel suction nozzle, a compressed air reverse blowing device, a conveying hose, etc. The whole system has a reasonable design and exquisite manufacturing.
Working principle:
- The electric vacuum pump generates vacuum through the separation container of the vacuum feeding equipment. Materials are sucked from the feeding port B1 through the suction hose and the suction port.
- Separate air and materials in the filter chamber of the separation container, and collect the materials in the hopper. The cyclone separator prevents fine powder from entering the filter B3 to improve the efficiency of the filter.
- When the hopper is full of materials, the vacuum pump is automatically turned off, and the pressure in the conveying equipment reaches balance. The discharge valve B4 is opened, and materials flow out through the discharge port and directly fall into the storage container C.
- During discharge, the filter chamber is automatically cleaned by the backflush airbag. Its specially made vibrator can assist in blanking to improve the efficiency of conveying viscous materials.
Negative pressure air flow generated by devices such as a vacuum pump is used to suck materials from the feeding port, and air-material separation is carried out in the vacuum feeder. Clean air passes through the filter element and is discharged into the atmosphere through the vacuum pump, while materials are separated and fall into the hopper. When the feeding time is up, the vacuum valve is closed, the blanking valve is opened, and materials fall into the designated equipment. The reverse blowing airbag automatically cleans the filter element to ensure the efficient operation of the next cycle. Auxiliary blanking devices such as vibration are activated to assist in blanking. After blanking, it enters the material suction state again.

- High Energy Efficiency: Due to the reasonable fluidization structure, the material fluidization state is good, and the air consumption is significantly lower than that of similar products. After years of production and research, our company has improved the fluidization structure for many times, which greatly improves production efficiency and reduces energy consumption, helping users save operating costs.
- High Material-Gas Ratio: With good fluidization effect and low air consumption, the material-gas ratio is naturally high. Through laboratory tests, when the equivalent distance is within 500 meters, the material-gas ratio can reach more than 30Kg (ash)/Kg (gas), ensuring efficient material conveying.

It only needs to lead the material-gas mixture to the silo or flue inlet through the blockage removal valve and pipeline, ensuring smooth operation of the conveying system.

Split-Type Vacuum Loader
- The split-type vacuum loader is equipped with a stainless steel hopper, which ensures that raw materials are not contaminated during the conveying process.
- It adopts microcomputer control, featuring easy operation and precise control. Additionally, it is equipped with multiple alarm indicator lights to promptly remind operators of equipment status.
- The motor protection device of the split-type vacuum loader can extend its service life. The material shortage alarm can proactively notify customers to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
- It is equipped with an independent filter device for easy removal of accumulated dust; the filter inspection window allows customers to check the usage status of the filter and perform regular cleaning, ensuring the equipment's stable operation.
- The vacuum hopper (YMH) of the split-type vacuum loader can be directly installed on the hopper of the molding machine; the electric eye hopper (YVH) can be directly installed at the feed inlet of the molding machine, facilitating integration with production lines.
