High-Power Vacuum Loader is a model developed for scenarios with large material consumption, long conveying distance, and granular material conveying. It is an ideal choice for industries requiring efficient handling of bulk granular materials.The motor power, feeding pipe diameter and hopper capacity all adopt enlarged configurations to meet customer requirements, ensuring stable and high-volume material transfer for industrial production.


High-Power Vacuum Loaders are widely used in raw material conveying for high-machine operations such as injection molding, extrusion machinery, and blow molding machinery. They can automatically feed materials to the machine's feeding port, optimizing the material supply process for industrial production lines.When the material barrel of the machine is short of materials, a signal will be sent to the High-Power Vacuum Loader, enabling timely material replenishment to avoid production interruptions.The vacuum loader uses the principle of air suction to convey plastic raw materials into the machine's material barrel. When the machine's hopper is full of raw materials, the vacuum loader will stop working, and resume conveying when the machine is short of raw materials again. This ensures that the machine's hopper is always full of raw materials, realizing uninterrupted material supply operation for continuous industrial production.High-Power Vacuum Loaders are designed for customers with large material suction demands, effectively meeting their required material suction volume to support high-efficiency production.
