Working Principle of Drying Silo:

The drying silo operates by using the high-speed rotation of the screw to lift raw materials from the center of the barrel bottom to the top, then the materials are thrown and scattered in an umbrella shape and fall back to the bottom. In this way, the raw materials roll up and down and are stirred in the barrel, and a large amount of raw materials can be uniformly mixed in a short time—ensuring efficient material processing for production lines.Meanwhile, hot air is blown out from the center of the lower end of the barrel to the surroundings, and smoothly penetrates upward through the gaps of the moving raw materials to carry out a comprehensive heat exchange dynamic drying process. This dynamic drying technology of the drying silo ensures thorough drying of raw materials and improves production efficiency.

Maintenance of Dry Hopper:

  • Provide good lubrication and sealing for bearings to extend the service life and operation rate of the dry hopper. Proper bearing maintenance ensures long-term stable operation of the dry hopper, reducing downtime for production lines.
  • Frequently check the newly installed hoops to prevent loosening. Regular inspection of the dry hopper's components ensures safe operation and avoids potential production accidents.
  • Check whether all components of the dry hopper are working normally. Routine inspection of the dry hopper helps identify and resolve minor issues in a timely manner, ensuring continuous production.
  • Pay attention to the wear degree of vulnerable parts and be ready for replacement at any time. Preparing spare parts for the dry hopper's vulnerable parts minimizes production interruption caused by component failures.
